At Flooring Depot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and uninstalled flooring materials. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to submit a return request and receive your Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Materials

  Securely pack your unused flooring planks or tiles in their original manufacturer boxes, ensuring all bundles are complete and free of damage.

• 3.
  Arrange Transportation

  Drop off your items at a designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for large pallet orders using the prepaid shipping label provided.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
