How do I calculate how much flooring I need to order?
Measure the length and width of your room to find the square footage, then add a 10% 'waste factor' to account for cuts and transitions. Our product pages include a calculator to help you.
What is your return policy on unused boxes?
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and custom-cut area rugs or clearance items are final sale.
How much does shipping cost for heavy flooring pallets?
Shipping is calculated based on weight and distance. We offer flat-rate curbside delivery for large orders, and free shipping is available on select premium collections.
